We don’t serve just any wine

We serve wines that suit this establishment. Thus we have selected wines from cultivated areas which supplied the archdiocese in earlier times, in particular from church or monasteries cultivated areas. Actually, wine was once cultivated on the south side of the Mönchsberg in Salzburg
